RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
As all of our printing products and other printing services are customized, so all of the payments are non-refundable. If you find any of our services or products supplied unsatisfactory, inadequate, or any other mistake from our end you are required to inform us within three working days, we will reissue your order if we mistakenly caused any sort of error or if it does not meet upto customer requirements. The decision of imperfection is entirely up to our management. To get a new placement of your order, you must provide evidence confirming that the product is defective or return the entire original order at your own cost within seven days of receiving it.
PAYMENT ORDER PLACEMENT, CANCELLATIONS
On our website prices of products are displaced in USD (U.S . Dollars) hence settlement or compensation for customized orders is also charged in US dollars. As orders taken are customized hence you need to pay a full payment including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees by credit card or any other payment method acknowledged by our website so we can start working on your orders.
If you want to cancel your order you are required to inform us within 1st 24 hours of order confirmation otherwise cancellation of the order is not guaranteed. If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will be charged 25 $ as well as 5% of the total order amount, as for cancellation of orders after 24 hours 50% of the total order amount will be charged for the work done prior to cancellation.
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS:
You are required to pay special attention to the design and specifications of your final order as all of our orders are specifically customized and non-refundable so we do not provide any type of repayments or compensation.
CLIENT’S ARTWORK:
Alignment and positioning of the client’s artwork are essential for accurate customization of the product. The standard for acceptance of artwork will be 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution as the final size and in CMYK format. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer if there is any issue or imperfection in printing or packaging due to alignment issues or any other issue during the placement of the order.
If files presented by the customer are not of the required alignment or configuration we will not be responsible for any type of changes or errors however, we will try our best to resolve the issue and preserve clients’ work from being lost.
It is stated again that material provided by the client must be free of any copyright issues or any other dishonest material, it must belong to the client itself. We have full legit liabilities to take down or turn down any order if necessary and if it violates our terms and conditions or third-party agreement or rights without disclosure of personal information of the client.
EXEMPTION IN CASE OF ERRORS:
We use those printing methods that are best and suitable for clients or according to the requirements of the client. We are not responsible for errors caused due to the following reasons:
EXCESS AND SHORTAGE OF PRODUCTS:
It is reassured that we not only deliver the exact amount of the product ordered but also some extra or surplus amount for reassurance which is free of any charges as we usually deliver about 5% of the surplus amount of the product.
PRODUCTION RATE, HANDLING AND ORDER DISTRIBUTION:
Once the client hands over the full details and undergoes the required procedures successfully and the products are ready we dispatch the order immediately without any delay. The client must pay full charges of the order as well as shipment charges and any taxes which are applied as manufacturing order starts immediately after details and orders are confirmed.
We dispatch orders according to the will of clients and on the exact designation provided by the customer. It is notified that we are not responsible for any delay in order once dispatched caused by natural errors i.e. bad weather, earthquake, or due to customs errors or fault of the shipment company, or due to any other technical problems.
Once orders are dispatched, it takes about a general standardized time period of 10 to 12 business or working days. We are not liable for any damage caused during the delivery or shipment phase. If there is any type of error in the shipment address provided by the client extra charges will be applied and charged to the customer
